Now fronted by Tony Colman, London Elektricity is a by-word for real music in drum+bass. Making their mark with the epic 'Song In The Key Of Knife', Tony Colman and Chris Goss first threw together their 'Elektric productions in 1996. Founders and backbone of Hospital Records, they also pursued parallel projects under the monikers Future Homosapiens, Dwarf Electro, and Orkestra Galactica.

CYANTIFIC are Jon Stanley aka DPhie and Matt Whitehead. Following a certain High Contrast caning their 'Timescape' cut this summer, Hospital tracked down this hot duo...all the way to their studio in Twickenham! Jon has spent the past 2 years establishing his own Replicant Audio imprint - check the November issue of Knowledge for the double-page & mix cd. Their sounds of Cyance began sometime back..."when we were at school. Matt was in a metal band and I was messing about with a basic wave editor in 96, when I was about 15. Matt had been getting more into the drum+bass I was playing him - we started working together for 4 or 5 years, until taking it seriously in 2000.

Artificial Intelligence are a production duo hailing from North London. Composed of Zula Warner and Glenn Herweijer, they have been releasing tracks on a variety of major labels, from the dark and heavy styles of Commercial Suicide and 31 Records to the moresoulfull vibes of V recordings and Soul:r. A.I have remixed for all of the biggest drum and bass labels including Full Cycle, Goodlooking and CIA producing many styles that would not be immediately thought of as theirs.
Saul Milton (Chase) and Will Kennard (Status) are two good friends from London who travelled to Manchester to start university. From there they entered the dnb waters. Nice selection from this London's duo, aired on 1Xtra BBC One radio show.
